The shoes are incredibly crafted and fits great right out of the box. They are some of the best fitting shoes I own. There’s a waiting period but trust me it’s worth the wait. I will definitely be order more shoes in the near future. David

Great boot, very good quality, excellent example of the Balmoral boot, but it take longer to ship than the listing said, and it did not come with a shoe tree like the listing said. The shoe itself is great however and I am very happy and would consider buying more shoes in the future. Sean

It's rare to find companies that still treat a customer as if they matter. I have absolutely amazed at the customer service I have received. I purchased one pair of shoes to check out the quality and fit. I have now purchased 4 more in 3 months. Their shoes are extraordinarily well made, gorgeous, and comfortable as they come. I expect to pay more for quality and customer service... RA shoes are a premium product that deserve a premium price and you will receive premium customer service. What else could you ask for?
