My customer service experience with Robert August was superb. The shoes I ordered came on time and were exactly what I was looking for in a custom-made shoe. Everything was manufactured according to my exacting specifications. The shoes arrived within the 4-8 week period. The online shopping experience was easy to navigate, which was important since the saddle shoes I ordered required some subtle maneuvering on the computer interface. And Robert August is a well-run, well-respected company within the area of custom-made shoes. I would definitely purchase shoes from them again, and I have no other comments save for good ones. Really nice shoe. Even smells freshly made. Sizer app said I was 13. Never worn a 13. It’s a little big. Should have purchased the size I normally wear but thought since it was being made custom the app knew better.
