No sales, and I have no right to do takedown of my songs.

Dear Christian, Thanks for the feedback. Your license with AudioSparx is strictly a non-exclusive license, and AudioSparx does not own your music, although it is a perpetual license. The reason for the perpetual non-exclusive license is to avoid disrupting the shopping process for our professional clients who may take months to complete a license purchase. A takedown during this time can be detrimental to their project, as they may have already incorporated the track into their production. Additionally, if you participate in our digital distribution services, a takedown could result in the removal of entire albums and a loss of revenue for all artists involved. We disclosed the terms of our license agreement upfront and have not changed them after the fact. Our goal is to prevent harm to our clients and artists by avoiding damaging takedowns. It's important to consider the financial aspect of the music business and how disrupting pipelines of monetization can be counterproductive to your own interests.
