The website is not to detailed
Composer & P.
The website is great & good for composers who want to connect and place or license their music. I give it 3 stars the website is lagging and too slow, I do not know why is this but I am sure it is not from my internet connection or my browser, this affect your work flow because it holds you down and the process of uploading your music become boring; you can't be entering metadata and and when you click to fill the next page of infos it keeps lagging and not show you the next metadata page. Anyway thanks for this great platform and its contribution to the community whether composer or people who is looking for good music for their next commercial, podcast or even tv & film.

Greetings Mr. Hafidi, In general, our web hosting service and servers have reasonable access speed around the world. Our RadioSparx service has clients in 109 countries and we have no complaints at this time about excessively slow speed. Sometimes there can be network performance issues on intermediate network hops between any user's location and the data center here in Florida. If you're able to run a trace route from your location to www.audiosparx.com to identify any problematic network hops, that would be helpful. Please send any trace route info to [email protected] and our support team will review the situation further. Also sometimes it can help to reboot both your computer and your network router or modem. Please do this first to see if it makes a difference in the apparent website speed at your location. Thanks for your understanding. Regards, AudioSparx Team

I have not been successful in placing my music with AudioSparx. You can say that the problem is with the music, but I have had more success with other companies and I have no plans to submit other music to AudioSparx.

I used to make a lot more money with this company than I do now. It seems that since they've started focusing on streaming services more, I don't get any other normal licensed sales anymore, and that would mean more money. In the beginning I made more money. I also think that they have so many artists that you are a needle in a haystack and think that more marketing could be done for artists every now and again to get each artist to be in the spotlight. I do like this company, just don't feel I make enough money from them at the moment.

Dear Ms. Botha, thanks for your kind feedback. I reviewed your catalog here at AudioSparx and discovered that a full 75% of your music is in genres that are almost exclusively targeted towards production music uses (i.e. Dramatic Music, Corporate Music, etc.) We have discovered over time that there are more earnings opportunities for "listening music" in comparison with "production music", because listening music works well on both RadioSparx and for external distribution, as well as for production licensing, whereas production music is generally only good for production-oriented projects and productions. Hence with listening music, there are (at least) three ways to earn money versus one way for production music, in a relative comparison. Please let us encourage you to work more heavily in the radio-oriented listening music genres to balance your catalog more in this direction, and we are sure you will find that the money will follow! Thanks for the consideration. Regards, AudioSparx Team
