Our RadioSparx service has clients in 109 countries and we have no complaints at this time about excessively slow speed. Sometimes there can be network performance issues on intermediate network hops between any user's location and the data center here in Florida. Dear Eric, Thank you for your kind review, we appreciate it. Regarding your request, AudioSparx has an extensive music hierarchy with over 50 top-level genres and several thousand subgenres therein. It is one of the largest and most carefully researched ones in the industry, created over the past 27 years and we continue refining it over time. You're very savvy to inquire about this topic because a proper assignment of each track to the correct genre and subgenre has very long-term implications that help our clients, internal music team, resellers, and distributors find your music in the correct places where it should rightfully appear. The implications for our generative AI for music work is equally important. One very effective way to explore and discover the appropriate genre of any new track is to first upload it to the site and initially place it in the genre you think it belongs in. Then typically within a few hours it will get indexed in our AI-based "sounds like" similarity engine. Once this is done, you can click on the "Similar Search" icon for the track which, for example for your track Caribbean Sun here: https://www.audiosparx.com/sa/archive/Pop/Tropical-Rock/Caribbean-Sun/1092302 On the right side of that screen, click on the icon with the small grid pattern in it, which is the "Similar Search" icon, and then on the next screen click on "Search Now" button for the Audio Waveform "Soundalike" Matching option. This will show you tracks which sound similar to your track and you can immediately see which genre and subgenres each of these tracks are assigned to. In this way, you can discover possible genres and subgenres to assign your own track to, and it's an easy way to explore and learn about the various possible appropriate genres and subgenres available on our site. Hi MW, It's interesting to see that you were participating here for a few years without any problem or complaint, earning thousands of dollars. Then you suddenly you decide last week you want to license your entire catalog exclusively to a company in China, AudioSparx denied this because it would interfere with your perpetual non-exclusive catalog license to AudioSparx, which you voluntarily and willingly consented to when you came on board here, and now as a result, you slam AudioSparx here of TrustPilot. Shame on you. Please understand that your music license to AudioSparx is a non-exclusive license, meaning that you can license it to third-parties as you desire on a non-exclusive basis at any time. The AudioSparx license is indeed a perpetual license so that we avoid disrupting the shopping process for the tens of thousands of professional TV, film, and Ad Agency clients who may take months to complete a license purchase during their post-production phase, after initially selecting tracks. A takedown during this time can be HIGHLY detrimental to their project, as they may have already incorporated selected tracks into their production.  Additionally, since you participate in our B2C digital distribution services, a takedown would result in the removal of entire albums and a loss of revenue for all artists involved who also have tracks on the same compilation albums. We disclosed the perpetual irrevocable nature of our AudioSparx license agreement up front and have not changed that after the fact. Our goal is to prevent harm to our clients and artists by avoiding damaging takedowns.  It's important to consider the financial aspect of the music business and how disrupting pipelines of monetization can be counterproductive to your own interests.
