Dear Mike, Thanks for the feedback.  Please understand that your music license to AudioSparx is a non-exclusive license, meaning that you can license it to third-parties as you desire on a non-exclusive basis. AudioSparx does NOT own your music. It is a perpetual license though so that we avoid disrupting the shopping process for our professional clients who may take months to complete a license purchase from the time they select a track during production and when they wrap up financials during posst-production. A takedown during this time can be HIGHLY detrimental to their project, as they may have already incorporated the track into their production.  Additionally, if you participate in our digital distribution services, a takedown could result in the removal of entire albums and a loss of revenue for all artists involved. We disclosed the perpetual nature of our license agreement upfront and have not changed that after the fact. Our goal is to prevent harm to our clients and artists by avoiding damaging takedowns.  It's important to consider the financial aspect of the music business and how disrupting pipelines of monetization can be counterproductive to your own interests. And, as mentioned above, You are still free to license these same tracks to any third-party at any time. Thank you for understanding these important issues. Best regards, AudioSparx Team
