Good service, great deals.. but that website my guy...
I bought there once for a sample pack. Great deals, great stuff, would buy again! BUT! I will not be able to give it more than 3 stars as it is right now. The website my guy.. It's slow.. WAY TO SLOW! The servers were definetly cheaped on. You try to navigate the deals and suddenly BOOM! No more website and nothing loads. This is absolutely infuriating. I cannot shop. I swear, they probably lost a bunch of orders and customers due to that, people must've went to another website cause of how nothing loads!! Also, I've noticed a lot of times where the website gives up and show me an error so that I have to close tab and lose the stuff I was looking after. And no, it's not my internet or my computer. Everything is fast. I have high speed internet and a powerful computer.

Hard-selling site
Hard-selling site; can't go to shopping cart without being lambasted with two sale messages that one HAS to click away from. Will not buy from this seller again. Also, they offer in their FREE section 14-day demo trials which is misleading and again just an attempt to fish for emails and point to more "sales" offers. Back to AudioDeluxe and PlugInBoutique which are far superior sites.

End of month code fails on West Coast
I would hope that codes given are honored. I asked the vendor so maybe they will help but the initial feeling was oops.

Overall Good Experience, But It's Complicated
Trustworthy of giving product yes. Really good deals but what I have bought has worked. The Rewards Wallet thing is what's got the three stars. It's a bit misleading how it works exactly and to be honest with the List Price, Current Asking Price & Base Price, means basically good deals don't go lower. Plugin Boutique throw on virtual cash, which I guess hits their margin but that's built into the offer. I'd say hey, make it simple. Too many variables makes me feel insecure. Descriptions of especially Kontakt only products is misleading and they could go a LONG way making it clearer as I often have to approach the manufacturer to make sure it's a stand alone VST. I will do business with them, but let's say it's more low risk deals. Audio Plugin Deals should also get more reviews here so people can weigh in. I would go with more adventurous spending if they said more about the product, if it's standalone and compatibility REALLY CLEARLY. So again, it comes down to, can I use the product. I really hope they take this aboard as this industry is a little bit like a 'one stop shop' and needs more competition.
