AudiencegReviews of audienceg.com

What a rubbish company. I also bought the holding hands heart which as described by another customer is absolute rubbish. This company make excuse after excuse to stop the return despite the package says return to a UK address but insist on sending it back to China at your own expense. I have emailed back and forth for 3 weeks or more but keep getting fobbed off. They offered £6 for an item that cost me over £18. Do not entertain Audienceg they are a scam company so do not buy from them

Just received my order of 2 hands in a heart and it is absolutely rubbish. More like Balsall wood with a painting on it. Nothing like advertised of carved wood. False advertising needs to be reported to trading standards. Sad thing is I bought this item for a dear friend who has just lost her husband. Am waiting for their response as I wish to return it!!!

Would give no stars if possible. Misadvertise goods with a sob story. What you get is cheap rubbish. Send you false tracking information from sham tracking company. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered 2 hands in heart wooden plaques, costiing £11 each as gifts for family members and was really disappointed with them. They are shoddily made and cheap looking so I requested to return them for a full refund.. I was firstly offered £1.50 refund for each and on my refusal to except this insulting offer their final offer increased to £3 each which I again refused. I would advise others to carefully consider if purchasing from this company is a good idea if my purchase and subsequent dealings with them are anything to go by

this is a Con, the product i bought is nothing like their pictures DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

**UPDATE** my parcels have arrived. Happy with my purchases for the discount prices I paid, however, I would never had paid the full price for any of them. The wooden hearts with holding hands are made like a children's wooden jigsaw. I placed 3 orders with this company. I received tracking number but after a few days the emails with tracking updates have stopped and my parcels have not been received. The hand sculptors I ordered were for gifts but don't think I will receive them now. Last update received it was still in the United States. Feel a fool for ordering.

DO NOT order from these people , my purchase has not arrived and after all my emails and complaints to them , I don’t expect it to arrive , I shall now contact my Bank for advice and ask them to investigate Scam Company , you have been warned !!!!! To be fare , the item has now arrived , quality not as expected , but it’s my own fault for not researching before buying , they did take more than the stated amount from my account , so be very wary

Like most people they took more money from my account then quoted. Took over a month to deliver and advert exaggerated product . Avoid like the plague
