The bra size was not a equivalent to uk 38C cup, hense not big enough, the blue was very wish washy & not at all nice. Customer service stated it would cost me too much money to return the items & suggested I gave them to someone else!!! Waste of my pension money

We got what we wanted at a very reasonable cost but it took about 8 weeks to arrive and too late for the purpose for which we had made the order. Customer service responded quickly to our requests for updates and said they would ask the freight company to hurry up. They sent regular emails saying (after nearly 2 weeks) that the order had been processed in Texas, then 2 weeks later that it had arrived in Birmingham UK. It took a further 4 weeks to crawl the 150 miles or so to us.

**UPDATE** my parcels have arrived. Happy with my purchases for the discount prices I paid, however, I would never had paid the full price for any of them. The wooden hearts with holding hands are made like a children's wooden jigsaw. I placed 3 orders with this company. I received tracking number but after a few days the emails with tracking updates have stopped and my parcels have not been received. The hand sculptors I ordered were for gifts but don't think I will receive them now. Last update received it was still in the United States. Feel a fool for ordering.
