This is a complete scam
Do not waste your time or money. This seems like a complete scam. I placed an order, based upon a (likely concocted) review and, after receiving a confirmation, heard nothing from them but ads for the next 2 weeks. I managed to engage someone on their chat, and after expressing my annoyance, was only then told that my item would ship in another 8 days. I again expressed frustration and was offered a 30% refund. I accepted this, whilst still politely expressing my frustration, and they immediately reneged on the offer, canceling it entirely. I will be shocked if I ever even receive a refund and, if I do, that doesn't make up for the non-shipment, lack of contact, and reneging on an offer to try to make things right after learning that I was unlikely to order from them again.
