Great customer service. Cheap tacky products
I ordered a set of Hushwave noise cancelling headphones, as they had been getting great reviews. What I received, from a warehouse in China, was a set of cheap $5 wireless headphones, that didn’t seem to have any noise cancelling functionality. I complained. They said they were the right headphones. I said they looked nothing like what I’d ordered. They returned my money. I can’t understand this company. Their customer service is terrific but the product I received was just a cheap Chinese headset.
