Auctmarts FairingsReviews of auctmarts.com

Cheap Chinese fairings from USA that took 4 1/2 months to be delivered from china. I paid $1500 dollars for cheap Chinese fairings I could of got off temu for a quarter off the price. Bad company and bad product. Please do not get had off or fooled as they won't reply to you or care once they've took your money. I can't upload pictures on videos on her but trust me shocking

Update - September 2, 2026: I paid for my order in full on May 29th, and I STILL don't have my product. They finally shipped it 15 days ago "by air", but apparently, their cargo plane flies at a top speed of 60 km/h because the package is nowhere to be found. The entire summer has passed, the riding season is over, and my motorcycle is still sitting uselessly in the service shop simply because Auctmarts completely fails to do their job. The delay is unacceptable and their logistical management is a joke. Update - September 2, 2026: Following up on my inquiry about where my package is, their representative "MC" replied—not even bothering to say hello or use basic manners—asking me to remove this review in exchange for a discount. They care more about deleting a bad rating than the fact that my motorcycle has been trapped in the service shop all summer due to their endless delays and terrible communication. Deliver the product first, then we can talk!

Odered fairings and they were not even close to what I ordered...requested a simple color change and slight decal change to stock decal. I specified the exact color I wanted and included picture of decal change and listed everything very carefully. Fairing were not even close to right color and they never did the decal change. They beat me around the bush making excuses and then kept pushing back a finish date for correction. And have given no in process imagery to ensure correctness at all during the process. Ive decided to cancel my order and take business elsewhere. In doing so they threatened to charge me 50$ for cancelling because they "had already started them" but ive waited 17 days with no updates. Communication is sub par Product way below sub par Expectations not nearly met Overall terrible experience i would severely not recommend

This company sent me a damaged fairing kit with broken pieces and scratched pieces. Their paint job is terrible with missing clear coat in places, paint chips, clear coat runs, etc. The customer service chooses to ignore the customer and will not assist you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A QUALITY PRODUCT!!!!

Ordered fairings took forever to get to Ireland when they arrived in Ireland the paperwork hadn't been done correctly the customs return them to China they would not issue a refund I paid insurance to cover any issues with them they would not refund wanted to charge me to 250 Dollars to repost them again with no guarantee that the paperwork was done properly stay well clear Bad Company

Honestly if I could give less rating I would. Terrible experience! Upon arrival I found that the kit was missing several pieces, after back and forth with the company they agreed to send them. Once I began installing I had different year model parts. Also nothing fit at all! I have installed several kits so not a beginner at this. Trying to ease pieces into place they just crack and tabs break off, also paint already chipping in several places. I wish I had never gone with this company!

After purchasing because they said they express delivery in 3-4 days… I’m 14 days down the track. Paid extra for insurance and have asked them to make a claim as fairing are not here in the promised 3-4 days. Responses was wait longer. Putting in a dispute with PayPal to retrieve my money. After 28 days they finally arrived, quality is poor with the paint job, had to modify fairing to make them fit. The fairings didn’t all fit together so I had to use old fairing to make it work. Thanks for the Reply… but you did not address the fact you promised 3-4 day delivery and there was NO compensation for the 24 day delay… there was NO marking on the package stating it was express posted so I believe it to be a lie, there was never any intention for it to be delivered in 4 days.
