Auctmarts FairingsReviews of auctmarts.com

This company is a total joke, everytime i call their phone number to cancel my order the same guy asking me to call him in an hour then hangs up and block my number, i guess ill have to try to get my money back from the bank but theyre a fraud dont make the same mistake i did

Delivery time was longer than stated. The fairing landed at customs and I still had to pay more than €100. Thus, the disguise cost me 600€. The paintwork is good. But then it will stop. The parts were too short and therefore not to be mounted properly. They didn't fit the mounts on my motorcycle at all. Terrible gap dimensions were created everywhere. The clips break immediately. In some cases, the clips do not even fit into the intended bracket. The montage was horror. I contacted the seller due to the errors. But he is so unreasonable. Mistakes are repeatedly deported to the buyer. Supposedly, you just did something wrong when growing or the statement comes that you should enlarge the holes after all. What good is it to enlarge the holes if the hole is some centimeters away from the bracket on the motorcycle? But it is of course easier to blame the mistakes on others and talk yourself out of them. Zero Accommodating. Absolutely cheeky and brazen for the price. There is no recommendation from me to buy there. Then rather spend a little more money and buy original.

times promised by the seller 3 weeks. Real time 7 weeks, plus customs payment of another 70 €, which the seller said he did not have to pay. I get the fairings with a completely wrong and horrible writing on the side. The seller despite having paid the extra 25usd for the delivery guarantee, did nothing to correct his mistake. In total, I spent € 630 to get a fairing that I will not fit. Bad !!

The guy guaranteed me 1 week delivery and I'm waiting for 2 months

Waited over 6 months for my parcel to arrive, but they are only blaming it on the pandemic. Asking to cancel my order, but they are not agreeing. Customer service is horrible and they are not responding.Scammers don't buy!

Ordered a kit through their website took 4 weeks due to it being a custom design. fitment was average had poor paint job runs in the tail section and popping in the clearcoat. They'll even steal your custom design to sell in their website.

Do not do it, seem cheap but lots of problems, bits don’t fit, scratched, lacquer had dripped and when complained just gave a pile of excuses, focused on one issue and ignored all the others. Spend a few quid more and save yourself the hassle. It was a real shame because some bits are well made and quality of plastics seem fine but painting and aftercare suck.
