They just drop-ship their products from Ali Express, quality isn’t the best obviously but it’s a scam. I ordered a set “in stock” but had to wait 2 months before it finally arrived.. In the meantime i found the identical pictures on Ali Express. But the price was way less.. Better order on Ali Express instead of ordering from Aucmarts, it will cost you way less and believe me! They are identical.. Big Scam!!

So I ordered a fairing set for my bike, it was in a colour scheme that wasn't listed on the website so had to contact them to make the order. Spoke to them by email asked if they could do what I wanted and they said yes, I also asked them to ensure the fairings were left to cure for a day or two extra as I had read reviews stating they had been packaged too soon which had left marks in the paintwork. They agreed, told me the time to make would be 2 weeks. So I gave the order the go-ahead. At this point I told them the delivery address. They acknowledged that and told me that they would send a request for payment through paypal. I made the payment through paypal and the order was under way. About a week in, I asked for the paint code they would be using, so that I could have the tank painted to match exactly. They responded that they don't use codes and simply mix the paint themselves. Effectively guess work. Not the end of the world, would just mean I'd have to wait for the fairings to arrive to paint the tank. Another week went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up and was told it would still be another week. A week went by and I was told I would be sent photos on an exact date (which was about 4 days later). 5 days later, still nothing so I sent an email again to see what was going on. This time no one even bothered to respond for about a week and when they finally did, they told me it would still be another week. It was at this stage that I really started to get annoyed. mostly at being lied to constantly. I told them as such and told them that I was just about ready to file a dispute with PayPal.... Coincidentally, they were suddenly done that same day and they sent a photo. Weird, but I naively thought great! And asked for the tracking details in a few days when they would be sent. They told me that the fairings still had to go through checks for quality control and asked me to be patient. So I was. about 10 days later I emailed again, asking if they had been sent yet and didn't receive a response for about 3 days, at which point they told me they would be sent in a few more days. A few days later they emailed saying they'd been sent, so I asked for the tracking details, They told me they don't have them and wouldn't get them for a few more days.... strange, but okay. 5 days later they finally sent me the tracking details, I looked it up and instantly noticed that they had sent it to the wrong country. The correct address, just the wrong country. I went back and checked the email I had sent them with the delivery address and sure enough, the address was correct. I emailed them asking them to call UPS and sort it out. I didnt hear back for nearly 2 days, at which time they told me it was my fault, and that I needed to send someone to the address in this different country to pickup the package...? Seriously What The Fudge? About 5 emails back and fourth with them blaming me for this and nothing from them saying they'd actually called UPS to sort it. I have tried contacting UPS AUS, UPS NZ, UPS International, and none of them were able to do anything, all saying that the shipper needed to call to make the change. So right now, I'm out of pocket a grand AU, with my fairings in limbo in Auckland, NZ. While I'm in Brisbane, AU. Auctmart, playing acting like a street kid selling burnt DVD's out the back of car, rather than an actual business. I've raised a dispute with PayPal. But I've never had to do that before so I don't know whether I should hold my breath. And even if it does get sorted, I can't imagine that it will be a quick process. Honestly, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ich warte jetzt schon seit 8 Monaten auf meine Verkleidung, sie ist auch bezahlt und ich habe sie bis heute nicht bekommen. Informationen bekomme ich auch immer erst nach 5 geschriebenen Mails und es heißt immer ich soll noch 14 Tage warten…

Bad fairings and tells their customers they will pay for a good review then doesn’t pay after!

I ordered a fairing kit about a year ago from auctsmart and within that year the paint and clear coat are now coming off. I ordered the matte black kit and before ordering I did a lot of research on how to care for that kind of finish. I washed it normally and used matte finish protector at least once a month. So as it gets worse and worse I contacted auctsmart to address my concerns and for $600.00 a fairing kit and the paint should last more than a year. They emailed me back and were complete jerks about it and proceeded to tell me that I did it and it’s my fault not their product. I worked at a dealership for over 10 years and detailed a lot of cares and motorcycles and never ruined or destroyed a vehicle. The bottom line is if I knew then what I knew now I wouldn’t waste my money on this company’s garbage products. You may pay a few extra bucks from somewhere else but maybe they will at least stand by their products.

Absolutely pointless to speak with anyone over the phone!!!!

I pretty much just bought a set of farings and I have to say they are the worst set of farings I've put on my 05 gsxr 1000. I've used mk ster farings in the past and never had an issue with them. So I thought I'd try someone different because they had a set I really liked. I received my farings and get them looked over and loan and behold I find a nice chip in the paint from where the were made. Also there was other issues with them that are normal from them being aftermarket. So I try to ck tact them about it the first time and I was told that they were going to send a sticker to cover up the issue. How crazy is that to hear after spending 650$s on new plastics. So then as I've been trying to get in contact with them about my farings they started fading after just 3 to 4 months and the bike doesn't stay out side its definitely garaged kept. So I then contact them about that and they tell me they can't do anything for me because green fades. Hahaha get a load of that crap. So now after 6 months of having damaged and faded farings and fighting with a person behind an email there only trying to give me 50 USD dollars. That's a huge slap in the face. After you spend all that money for your plastics for being damaged not only once but twice after having them only 6 mo the now. I can assure I will tell everyone not to use this company or there products ever and I've already been in the process of telling my rider friends group not to buy anything from them and it's a huge following in fortwalton Beach I can assure you that. So thank you for getting over on someone else because I know you have prolly done it to someone else.

I would of submitted ZERO stars had I could. Let me start with the only good thing, the paint. When it comes to that, they’re spot on. But that’s where the good ends. These are 100% the cheapest made plastics I have ever seen. Being a compression molded fairing, they’re horrible in build quality. All the tabs are glued on and if you’re not careful they will break easily. Every single piece has to be modified in order to work. And I mean EVERY SINGLE PIECE! And in some cases you would have to modify the piece to where it wouldn’t be usable. The figment between the adjoining pieces are just as bad. These are truly the worst fairings I have ever dealt with. I know they’re only $550 and after shipping I was at $609. But even then, these things should fit better. I contacted Auctmarts before the shipping process and ask if my kit was injected molded. Once finding out they were not I tried to get my money back. The gentleman swore they were great pieces. I said send it because they were taking forever to get back to me and I was tired of waiting. These don’t ship quickly by the way. Absolutely horrible. I will never be buying from Auctmarts again.
