Auctmarts FairingsReviews of auctmarts.com

Scammers, scammers stay away. There are two employees that send numerous emails contradicting each other - they have no clue. When asked for refund or I file fraud charges the staff tried to upsell. Ridiculous anyone wants to see the correspondence contact me. If they cannot get paper work correct imagine trying to fit a fairing from Them. Scam, Scam - Canada Fraud has been notified so be prepared in Canada for further duty charges if you buy from these guys.

DO NOT purchase from this company. I was forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank after waiting almost 2 months. The fairings never arrived, and Auctmarts lied on milestones, misrepresented the appearance of certain parts, and refused to provide a refund 6 weeks in when I requested it. They refunded me $90 for a $130 gas tank cover a few days after the order was placed. They refused to provide a partial refund due to the extensive delays. It takes their support team 24-48 hours to respond on a per-response basis. I have a full email-chain from October 18th when the order was placed until end of November.

Bad communication and also missing half the parts that was included. Received wrong parts after waiting for over 2 months.

Still waiting on my fairings. Been 2 months and still no where in sight. I will change my review based on when I get it, if I do and by the quality... but for now, terrible experience especially after being promised 3 weeks from time of order.

Horrible experience with this company. I ordered a set of Matte black fairings for my 2008 Honda cbr600rr but 2 pieces were missing and 2 were broken. On top of this i selected the free bolt kit but it didnt arrive with my ordered. After messages Joe on their website he said it wasnt available in U.S stock... whatever that means. I have called Auctmarts and emailed them so many times with pictures and they wont respond or help. The first and only response was trying to dodge responsibility and offer a $20 refund? I am missing pieces and another two were broke. I ordered this set because the previous ones flew off on the highway. I cant ride my bike naked with the wiring harness out. This is horrible i would never recommend this company. Auctmarts has no interest in assisting me with the messed up order...

7 weeks and no product, Support isnt great and now the package is 7 days in Transit and nothing happend **UPDATE** After 10,5 weeks the fairing kit is here. The packaging was bad (Some parts damaged the packaging) the painting is not the best it doesnt fit well. The Support say is not their fault and you wouldn't see it installed so they give me for painting 5 parts New 27$.
