Purchased power supply as defined by their system that matched my computer. Wiring terminal was incorrect. Mounting holes were not complete and the ones that were there were stripped. Contacted them and they were very good about the problem in the begining. Once I returned the product, I have received nothing...No REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT! No e-mail, No return phone call after many messages that I have left. They will not return any phone calls or e-mails. I am out the cost of the product & the shipping cost for the return. BUYER BEWARE!!!! NOT A GOOD COMPANY To do business with! They also pay/refund for reviews at $3.00 for each posting on multiple websites, including this one. Can you trust a rating that they pay for?

I was amazed, they had my rare (older computer) power supply, in correct size and a higher wattage. I was also impressed with the swift service, had my power supply a few business later. I have no need to ever look elsewhere, neither should you!

I ordered a replacement power supply and decided to upgrade to a higer watt unit to help my computer. I used the cross reference chart and decided on the 630WPS - ATX Power Supply - 630 Watt. This power supply is narrow compared to the original (as stated on site) so I needed to do a little mod to mount it into my chassis. The order was processed quickly and shipped within 24hrs of my order. I would definately use ATX again.

Went to the site used the great auto find for my PC and ordered the 630 watt PSU for my gateway DX4300-11 and in it went in about 15 minutes...my first time doing this ...next time will take maybe 5...can't even hear this thing and gives me enough juice for my other updates...plus it was here in no time Will go back IF I ever need another PSU lol...this one may out last the rest of the parts, oh well I'll just stick it in my next one that I will build myself Thanks folks great product and service!
