Ordered and paid for a cable, never received it and they wont answer any of my mails

All the text on the page with all the information and the very last line of the description of the item says "This is out so we will send out the..." I ordered from you because I thought I was getting the genuine item, not a knock-off. Make it noticeable when you are sending a replacement.

Called/emailed when a power supply that arrived defective/DOA. Simple asked them to pay return shipping since defect is not my fault. They flatly refused and threatened me with a lawsuit if I wrote a bad review. I am in IT buisness and end up buying another power supply elsewhere for more money. I won't do buisness with them again and recommended you use a major credit card with themy instead of PayPal, so if you have an issue like mine, then your card company can complete a chargeback.

Shipped a faulty product, loose in a large box with NO packing, which exploded on power-up, due to a broken transistor. No response to email. Bought a replacement from PC Power and Cooling instead. THEY were top rate. I wouldn't waste my money with them again.

Purchased power supply as defined by their system that matched my computer. Wiring terminal was incorrect. Mounting holes were not complete and the ones that were there were stripped. Contacted them and they were very good about the problem in the begining. Once I returned the product, I have received nothing...No REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT! No e-mail, No return phone call after many messages that I have left. They will not return any phone calls or e-mails. I am out the cost of the product & the shipping cost for the return. BUYER BEWARE!!!! NOT A GOOD COMPANY To do business with! They also pay/refund for reviews at $3.00 for each posting on multiple websites, including this one. Can you trust a rating that they pay for?

This company will take your money and ship you "something" but they do not stand behind their products. READ THEIR WARRANTY STATEMENT! I purchased a power supply from them. They shipped it in an unprotected box. The box had very minor damage yet the power supply inside was completely unprotected. HUGE dent in the side of the power supply. Been trying to call and email for a week and no one will take my calls or respons. Their phone number dumps immediately to voice mail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
