A Great Experience with Shelby and the Attunigrate Team
I came across Attunigrate through a Google search and started therapy with Shelby McCliggott. The practice verified my insurance and explained my out-of-pocket costs before my intake appointment was even confirmed, which I really appreciated. I've been working with Shelby for some time now, and I can't thank her enough for how much she has helped me grow as a person. The billing experience has also been great. The biller was very friendly and let me know about my first copay charge in advance, so I knew what to expect. The client portal is easy to use, and I can make payments through it and find my receipts for reference. The team is proactive, organized, and helpful throughout the process.
