Would not have given any stars at all .All this company does is scam people I purchased on there site which was advertised on face book a defensive walking stick as I am disabled what I received is the complete opposite it’s a normal trekking pole which I could get anywhere for about £5.00 I paid about $29.54 dollars including postal and abit of insurance on checking my PayPal it had gone up to nearly 40 I explained to pay pal the problem and told the problem and showed them my completed invoice they checked with the company and came back with that the company was ok ?? Even though my invoice says different I refused that information and appealed still waiting for reply on reading other peoples response to this company they need sorting out PLEASE Whatever you do check this company out on other trusted sites I have sent 5 emails without response

Scam Company. I bought a 51mm beer mortar ( bottle opener from their site a few months ago, the transaction and postage cost just over 40 dollars. There are multiple examples of these in videos on the internet. What arrived was the cheapest, 3D printed knock off version of what I assume is an existing, genuine product. It weighed nothing, none of the parts fit together properly, and most importantly, it was completely incapable of performing its only function: opening beer bottles. After a few days of testing it and realising that nothing about it, neither the mechanism nor the strength of the materials it was constructed from was ever going to be able to open a bottle, let along do so with enough force to fire the cap advertised, I asked for a refund. I we t through the process and after a few weeks I was offered 3 dollars in compensation. I obviously said that 3 dollars was insane considering I had paid 40 and the product was worth zero. Over the next few weeks I was offered 5 then 7, then 9. I was repeatedly told the product was “correct” and that 9 was the maximum refund I was going to get ( I also noticed the item was very quickly removed from their website so they clearly new full well it didn’t work) Messed around for months and ended up just having to accept defeat. Paid 31 dollars for a 2 dollar piece of plastic rubbish that they clearly knew didn’t work. SCAMMERS

I ordered an item from these, what I received look nothing like advertised and didn’t work. I tried to raise my issue by sending pictures replying to my order confirmation and they said they couldn’t locate my order. Stay away!

This company should be banned! I ordered a specific item that they advertised for sale and I was sent something almost totally different. When I contacted them about the issue they told me that this item was "in line" with what I ordered.( I forgot to mention it took about a month for the package to arrive with no paperwork or receipts of any kind) They offered me $6 as a goodwill. I told them to keep that and shove it. I'll never do business with them again and I hope this prevents it happening to anyone else
