Not very happy with unit broke one trying to fit on my headrest didn’t even try other one as it would not fit. Through in garbage

I bought a turbo fan from this company. It is faulty and I have provided video evidence of the issue. They have offered me $5 as a gesture of goodwill when I refuses that they offered me $8. What a joke!!! This item is faulty. it is not my fault and yet the company refuses to replace or fully reimburse me. Stay away from these people.

Habe den Turbo "Jet Blower, Cordless Turbo Super Power Air Duster" bestellt. Mit der Lieferung hat alles funktioniert, aber das Gerät entspricht in keinster Weise der Beschreibung im Online-Shop. Z. B. sind beide Akkus nur halb so dick wie auf den Fotos, zudem haben die Akkus keine 48 Volt, sondern nur lächerliche 21 Volt, wie man es dann auf dem Beipackzettel nachlesen kann. Im Betrieb wird der Mini-Akku schnell extrem heiss, was eine absolut unsichere Sache ist. Aber egal, habe ein Gerät bestellt und zwei bekommen, das sehe ich als Schadensersatz an.
