Ganz mieser Betrug
Ich habe einen „Booklover“ Adventskalender bestellt für 35 US Dollar, angeboten mit kleinen Geschenken für Bücherliebhaber („bookish gifts“). Nach 6 Wochen (!!) kam ein Buchdeckel mit 25 LEEREN kleinen Umschlägen! Der umgehend angeschriebene Support antwortete prompt: „ Sorry, this product does not come with a gift. We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction. As we checked, the item we sent to you is correct. So how about we refund you 3USD as compensation and you keep the products?“ Im Angebot gab es keinen Hinweis darauf, dass es sich um einen LEEREN Adventskalender handelt, es steht auf dem Buchdeckel „containing 25 bookish gifts“, sowohl vorne als auch hinten! Nach meiner Antwort mit Fotos, dass es sich da wohl um einen Irrtum handeln müsse, kam vom Support keine Reaktion mehr….
