AttendantuReviews of attendantu.com

If there was a zero star I would select that one. I ordered a pair of sandals and have yet to receive them. When trying to investigate where they are I was met with a bunch of websites relating to this company being a scam. I'm not sure why the banks let these transactions go through especially since it's well known on the internet. I hope they get shut down somehow. Shame of them!!!

Worst service ever. They are just playing games with me. I ordered a Perfume on May 25, 2025. On June 17 the package does not move it is sitting in the city of Fargo USA. Emailed them and sent me another tracking with false information. I emailed them constantly but they just play games and don't want to return my money.

If I could give a negative star I would. Ordered a gift for my wife on May 4th. Paid the extra shipping. July 1st. Still don’t have it. I got a shipment email today with some news that it shipped on June 6 lol. However, I have multiple emails and one is June 6th of me saying still no packed. I also was giving two tracking numbers. One would say it’s in Atlanta. While the other one said it was in Springfield. Save your money.

DON'T BE FOOLED!!! I ordered several items, and although their website indicated my package had been delivered, I never received it. After contacting them, I was given a tracking number with which to f/u, and the USPS website had no record of said traacking number. After reaching out to the company yet again, I was given a second tracking number which also turned out to be bogus. I got no resolution from Attendantu. Don't be fooled!!!

I ordered a dog toy I had seen in their ad, claiming it was “indestructible”, designed for dogs who tend to destroy toys. It took about six weeks to receive it, missing the target date of Christmas, and once it arrived, it took my dog 5 seconds to destroy it. I emailed to request a refund, only to receive a mansplained reason why the dog destroyed the toy. And I quote: “Dogs have sharp teeth. This product is a doll made of cloth. It is normal for it to be torn.” They offered a €3 compensation. Ridiculous.

They hustle you. Don't use them. I paid 41 USD for a mask that doesn't look anything like the item I got in the mail. Rediculous😡 They first offered me 4 usd, then 8 usd. No way. I want a full refund

They scammed me 2 different ways. First they overcharged my card and claimed it was a glitch. Then the mask I received looked nothing like the product images on their site. Their photos show fake hair and fake eyebrows, the mask I received had painted on hair looks like dollar store mask.

This was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. The quality of the item was beyond terrible. They tricked me with fake photos and videos on their website, what they sent was nothing like what they advertised. If there were a way to rate them with negative stars, I’d give them a -1 million. Avoid this place at all costs!
