I tried to unlock my iphone 4s which is working on AT&T with this company... I followed-up these people around 1 month and finally these people refunded my money... Its just waste of time..I will suggest to not go to this company for any unlock...

i order 3 weeks ago for my iPhone 4.and I'm received full refund today.guide say The AT&T iPhone Services suspended world wide. Please DO NOT ORDER this web site.West of Time

I ordered an unlock for my iPhone 5s, then I waited 3 weeks to finally get an update on it, then I check the order status at that time and it says completed. I went to plug my iPhone in to see if it worked and it did NOT WORK. They said it was listed as completed because I was refunded not because it was unlocked. so yes, you do get your refund but it is a big waste of time and I urge you not to use this website. Also they are very hard to contact for support as the number provided on the website is NEVER answered and email is the only way to contact them which is very inconvenient. TERRIBLE WEBSITE. WASTE OF TIME!!

There´s no way to chat with someone if you are not an AT&T customer, you should fix this ASAP!

I ordered $19 unlock on October, 10. The result of 6-DAY unlock processing was "NOT FOUND". As information at website states I need to check the phone. I ordered $3 check**** report - the phone is absolutely clean (NOT blacklisted/stolen/lost and so on). In such cases website says: "So, in this case every our consumer who gets Not Found email after ordering unlock, have one free unlock submission but only for AT&T iPhone. To use this free method check if the IMEI is correct, not blacklisted and locked only to AT&T network". But "one free unlock submission" wasn't even be offered. Instead of that I was refunded with advise to make an order at higher price in couple of days. Unlock costs at least $29 now (in a couple of days it may cost much more). In total: 1. The promised unlock hasn't been made. 2. I wasted a week. 3. I had to pay extra $3 for check**** service. 4. The seller breaks his own rules. 5. The seller tries to make me full and offer to buy one more unlock at higher price. Please, notice: I tried to describe the seller's disgusting behavior - not his "inability" to deliver unlock even during 72 hours. I think you will make a right conclusion.

Ordered unlock for 1-48 hours, and they tell me I could have wait up to 72 hours to get unlock. And I waited. 2 weeks passed, still hear nothing from them, and this morning.. I got my refund. Yup, no reason, they just give my money back. Would never order unlock from here again.

I purchased a 1-72 hour unlock from this company for 29.00 10/21/2013 at around 2pm in the afternoon. Later that evening I tried to track the order and it came back stating the IMEI number was not in the database. I then emailed them and recieved a email back stating that they had a server overload but could email to check the status of my unlock with them. So I emailed the following morning 10/22/13 to check the status and was told its pending. The next day 10/23/13 I emailed once again to check the status and was told it was still pending. About 2 hours after that email I recieved a refund out of the blue without any resaon for the refund. I then emailed once again to ask why I was refunded and their response was AT&T was changing their regulations and the prices have changed. So pretty much what they told me is since prices are going up they would not honor the unlock at the price that I paid. I have used other services to unlock other iPhones and have not had any issues with them, like before I used this unlock service I used The Unlocker.co and within 3 hours had my phone unlocked. I would not recommend this service to anyone nor would I use it again. And on top of all this and the company stating the price increase, as of today 10/24/13 the prices are still exactly the same. Buyers read reviews and choose companies wisely. This one is all bad.

I gave them 4 days to unlock my iphone, after which, there was NO COMMUNICATION, and NO UNLOCK. Emailed them twice, and asked for update, and was told that my order was cancelled, and they would refund me. THEY HAVE YET TO REFUND ME, and it's been nearly a week. Why would you email a customer and say we'll refund you, INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME? Beware!
