It’s passed the offered delivery service date and the phone is not unlocked yet. Instead of stating the facts or refunding the money for the service they cannot deliver, they tell you stories and plays the victims. Totally BS.

However, unfortunately, unlock for your IMEI failed and we had already refunded you. The delivery time is not strict and you can find such info in the User Agreement and the description to the service. Sorry for inconveniences P.S. The website advertises 5-15 business days unlock for iPhone 5 It has been almost a month for me and the only reply I got from these guys was "its in the process - we will email you when its ready" Also as soon as I submitted an order I started getting much more spam mail to the email account I used - may or may not be related, but nevertheless! What a joke. I requested full refund, let's see if this takes them just as long.

As to the delivery time it never was strict which had been clearly written in the User Agreement and the description to the service. More than that, we warned our consumers that AT&T unlocking is delayed right now if you look at the description to the package and our News category. But again sorry for any inconveniences.

Placed an order for iPhone unlock, after more than 2 months - the order is still pending. No adequate response from customer support - "your iPhone unlock request was delivered for unlock according to our delivery time and was accepted. Now it is in the Pending status" which, basically, means "we know nothing, we just collected your money, thank you".

thats my second review here ..i purchase unlock for my iPhone 4 06:46 25.05.2014 imei 012961003943528. Have not receive any email to say my phone is unlock..My phone is still locked at 4 months .what is going on there.This is very bad for business and i am very disappointed and furious that i cant use my phone up to this date.

I ordered the "In contract unlock service" For my iPhone 5 It said "delivery 1-14 business days". The order was placed on May 6 ,2014 and today is june 6 2014 "I'm still waiting" I'm starting to lose confidence in this company,I hope I'm wrong "and still waiting"

Dear, Roberto Your IMEI request was submitted on May 6, 2014 but it was denied and NOT FOUND code returned. Usually it happens when the IMEI associated with this order is Barred (unpaid bills), Blocked, Lost, Stolen or Insurance Claimed. This order was fully refunded through your PayPal request on Jun 12, 2014. AT&T iPhone unlock service delivery time and it's price is unstable since past 2 months. An unlock request cannot be 100% guaranteed to deliver within the given time, as different reasons could make things go slightly slower, such as the IMEI not being clean or numerous failed unlock attempts being attempted on the IMEI through another vendors. But on the other hand, all clean IMEI orders processed on time. All this info is included to our user agreement which every customer signs during the checkout process. We also try to include the time warning message at every page of service overview: "Attention: Because of new AT&T unlock policy this service might be delayed. Delivery times only apply during business hours, not guaranteed turnaround time. (Business time is 9 am – 6 pm PST). So please don’t submit your order if you need it earlier or simply can’t wait." Thanks for sharing your experience. We will do our best to avoid any delays in the future.

I want to get my iPhone 4 (bought brand new in NYC's Apple Store 4 years ago) to get unlocked. After careful consideration, I went with this company as they replied fairly quick to my emails. Ordered the slow service on 14/01/2014. As stated on their own website (max 21 days). Now (a total of 99 days and several emails later), I STILL haven't received the unlock. When asked for a refund, they say it is not possible.
