Dear Consumer, AT&T unlock experiences global delay. That's why we fully refunded you. But now everything is fine and you can make a new order. Sorry for inconveniences.

Not identify the carrier. "Carrier / Next Tether: UK TMobile Orange." Is TMobile or Orange?
Response from ATT iPhone UnlockMay 31, 2013
Dear Consumer, Your iPhone is locked to T-Mobile UK carrier. You see Orange because T-Mobile network uses Orange's infrastructure but the device is locked to T-Mobile.

Admittedly I made a mistake in that my phone was not locked to AT&T and I didn't realise service was for phones locked to AT&T only. Had online conversation with support person who were helpful and eventually pointed out my error. I apologised for mistake and asked if I could have a refund. Apparently their 'policy' does not allow for refunds! Which left me thinking that I will definately not be using service in future or recommending to friends.

Dear Consumer, yes, indeed, you are quite right. We don't refund if the user buy unlock for the wrong carrier and this policy is widespread among such services. But we have something that others don't. Every one who get Not Found code can still use one free unlock for iPhone locked to AT&T. We can't refund for consumer's mistake but we provide a second chance. You still have one free unlock, so you can use it to unlock AT&T iPhone.

They should put in the main page that if u do there Unlock that they will no longer be able to use that phone carrier you have to go to the facts actually learned in the FinePrint that you can't go back to the carrier Ruining your contract if you still have one with them and unlock never work. Dissapointed

The service I was after seemed to align with what I was looking for, at a great cost point. I was pleased with a quick email after my purchase, with a location to check on order status. I entered my IMEI # several times with no results. I returned to the email I had been sent and noticed a number was incorrect on the IMEI #. I immediately sent a email to the support team for ATT iPhone Unlock, thinking I entered it wrong. No response was ever received. The next morning I checked again and found my status on their site to be NOT FOUND. The information told me I could have a second chance to enter my IMEI # if I would give a positive review on this site or make a positive Youtube video about the company. This is the juncture I felt something smells fishy here. Point - if I can enter a correct MC # I would assume I could enter a correct IMEI #. How many reviews are given in this manner? Edit, Finally have a reply from ATT iPhone Unlock 4 days after paying for service, will try their solution and repost with results.

Dear Consumer, We never ask for a review or something if our client got Not Found code. Not found code is 99% consumer's mistake. It can be wrong carrier (not at&t) or blacklisted IMEI or, as in your case, just a typo. That's why we offer a great service to order unlock again (free)without any obligation and additional actions. Please read carefully info given to you and sorry for inconveniences.
