Well the ordering experience was rather easy and effortless; however, I was under the impression that the unlock would complete almost automatically. Perhaps I would be sent a code that I had to enter or something. But no, instead I have to extract my SIM card and insert one from a different carrier. First problem is that iPhones use a mini SIM card which I've never seen before. Second problem is that most other US carriers don't even use SIM cards. So now I have to wait until next time I go oversees to see if this unlock worked. That'll be in about 9 months. So maybe this service is awesome, but I just wish I had known about all the steps before I had made the purchase.

Experience was good - my iPhone got unlocked when I followed the instructions provided. But it was too costly - I found way cheaper option at some other place. I used the the portal for my other iPhone and it worked exactly the same way.

Website must say that one cannot be activated ever again with AT&T after it Is unlocked. Whenever it says that the phone can be activated with any sim in the world, it should say EXCEPT AT&T.

the process seemed smooth, however i have no idea if it worked, as my phone was all ready unlocked apparently. i did as for a refund as i figured that out only moments after my order and long before the unlock code arrived, however it was declined, as it's apparently in the terms i'd argue that as the order had not been processed, i had not received my code and i'm sure there are distance selling regulations that come into play here, that i should have been given one.

i purchased this last night and i still have not received any emails saying it was successful ?? IMEI is correct ive made sure does it usually take this long its been almost 13 hrs???
