Dear Consumer, your iPhone isn't locked to AT&T and you bought unlock for the wrong carrier. According to our Refund policy we don't give money back for the wrong carrier purchase because it violates our policy. But we care about our clients and give you one free unlock for AT&T iPhone. So you can use it if you have AT&T iPhone or even sell it to somebody who has AT&T iPhone and needs to factory unlock it. I applied to unlock an iPhone 4s which came out " not found " after 2 weeks saying the phone ain't in AT&T network, then they just emailed saying that AT&T changed their policy so wait up to 14 business days more or ask for a refund ! I accepted waiting more. Also I had one free unlock right which I asked them to unlock an iPhone 5 but it just disappeared from my profile right after I contacted them ! I asked them to proceed my requests however they just refunded the money without giving any notification ! It's true that AT&T changed their policy and it is harder now to imei unlock the iPhones but att-iphone-unlock.com is not the door you should knock !

I have to tell that you are trying to fraud our company because your iPhone was successfully unlocked. As to the Consumer Service we had already told you that we didn't provide jailbreak and Cydia but you didn't want to understand us and wrote a bad review here for nothing. We only unlock iPhone, we don't jailbreak it. These are two completely different things and you will never see Cydia after unlock. In this case we have to blacklist your IMEI number to fight the fraud.

That sucks !!! Cause i first pay for know the carrier for my IMEI and they told me that was of a one supported. So i decided to pay for the complete unlock. They return me a Not Found code. I send a mail that comments that and they write me back with a total false information tellig me that i pay for the verification after pay for the unlock. What a stupid thing. So i decided just forget about them and wish that other users dont use their services cause they are not more that a thiefs!!!

It is customers responsibility to ensure that the device (iPhone) is locked to USA AT&T Network. That's why there are so many warning on our website to always check your network prior ordering our unlocking service. Your device is locked to: Locked. Mexico America Movil. So actually that is why your IMEI number was NOT FOUND during the unlock submission. Sorry for any inconvenience
