they made me wait 6 days for a unlock and never happened , they change the price randomly, telling me at@t is down world wide but still doing unlocks for other higher paying clients buyer beware if you wanna waste your time purchase your unlock from them

I ordered $19 unlock on October, 10. The result of 6-DAY unlock processing was "NOT FOUND". As information at website states I need to check the phone. I ordered $3 check**** report - the phone is absolutely clean (NOT blacklisted/stolen/lost and so on). In such cases website says: "So, in this case every our consumer who gets Not Found email after ordering unlock, have one free unlock submission but only for AT&T iPhone. To use this free method check if the IMEI is correct, not blacklisted and locked only to AT&T network". But "one free unlock submission" wasn't even be offered. Instead of that I was refunded with advise to make an order at higher price in couple of days. Unlock costs at least $29 now (in a couple of days it may cost much more). In total: 1. The promised unlock hasn't been made. 2. I wasted a week. 3. I had to pay extra $3 for check**** service. 4. The seller breaks his own rules. 5. The seller tries to make me full and offer to buy one more unlock at higher price. Please, notice: I tried to describe the seller's disgusting behavior - not his "inability" to deliver unlock even during 72 hours. I think you will make a right conclusion.

I purchased an unlock from them with the stated timeline of 1-36 hours and they did not deliver. I had to contact them and was told that it would take up to 48 hours longer. They refuse to refund the purchase or compensate me for the time lost to their sub par service. If I had known the times stated were lies/best guesses, I would have went with another service. Beware of this company. Extremely shady dealings.

Dear Consumer, we never promised to unlock your iPhone in 36 hours. 36 hours is a time that usually takes AT&T to unlock iPhones after our requests. But we clearly wrote in the description and our Terms and Services that no turnaround time guaranteed and there could be delays because we depend on the carrier's respond. We don't unlock iPhones, we only send unlocking requests to the carrier and wait for the respond. Your iPhone will be unlocked only after AT&T will unlock it. my iphone was not unlocked, they told me they would check on the server, but so far have not had a concrete answer whether they will unlock my Iphone for now not recommend to anyone!

10/10/2013 I bought Overnight unlock(1-36 hours)-19$. After more than 85 hours I don't recieve unlock. 12/10/2013 I needed very fast unlock and I bought Premium Express unlock(1-12 hours)-39$(I had client to my Iphone 5 and need sold it unlock). After 40 hours I never recieve unlock too. I lost my client and money!!!! Today I will open dispute in PayPal and refund my money from this scammer!!!!

Dear Customer, 36 hours is the average unlock delivery, but it is not a strict time frame and there can be delays and we have such info in the description to the package and our Terms of Services. We do work with AT&T, but don't personally process unlocking iPhones. You will receive unlock only after AT&T completes our request for your iPhone. Usually it takes 36 hours but at this moment AT&T is changing their unlocking policy which causes little delays. You can always contact us with more questions and we will be glad to help you.

Had a successful transaction in the past. Was hoping for another easy request but instead had some issues and its damn near impossible to contact them. Live Chat feature online is always unavailable, phone number is disconnected, and they don't reply to emails or messages via the site. Can be legit service if you're lucky but if you have issues this almost feels like a scam.
