Amazing response and quick!

Very attentive and helpful!

I had a technical problem but it was resolved quickly after emailing support. Thank-you for the assist because it's very frustrating when the app doesn't let you do what is needed.

I did not get my tickets. When I purchased them, I got two different confirmations saying my tickets went to different emails. I emailed on their website to please get my tickets to me. I received a form reply that said they would respond as soon as possible. That was 3 days ago and I have no reply and no tickets. I replied to their form letter, pleading for a response. I got on their website and used their form submission. Still NOTHING. The charge has been completed on my AMEX so they have their money. I should mention that their phone number which is on my AMEX bill is not in service. There is no way to engage with any representative of this company.

Tried to cancel my tickets even tried for a later date and the app would not let me. I was not able to make the show nor did the give me a refund. I tried to cancel before the policy stated time and was still not given a refund. Don’t use Atom for tickets stick to Fandango never had an issue with them

My experience with Atom Tickets was extremely disappointing. Even after the theater manager approved my refund, Atom Tickets refused to resolve the issue. I even offered to connect them directly with the manager to verify everything, but they had no interest in making that happen. They ignored my emails and messages and made no genuine attempt to listen or fix the problem. The lack of communication and customer service was completely unacceptable. A company should stand behind its customers, but that clearly didn't happen here. I would never use Atom Tickets again. 0/10 stars—forever.

Great app and amazing customer service. They were quick to help me with a booking issue and quickly helped me find a solution where the theater in person would not even consider talking to me about the mix up. Will be using them for all future tickets and movie nights out! Thanks so much!

I was told the issue could take 1–2 days to resolve, but my account was updated within just a few hours, and I was able to purchase the exact tickets I wanted for the movie, theater, and showtime of my choice.
