Austin and the Atomix team made finding a 3PL partner seamless and easy…and dare I say enjoyable? Atomix feels like an extension of my own small team — everyone is extremely hardworking and responsive (no sending emails into the abyss), orders are received and packed in a timely manner, and they are able to accommodate many special requests and packaging details. As a small business owner finding a fulfillment partner and giving up control of that part of my business (although necessary), was incredibly scary to me. I have read and heard countless horror experiences with other well known companies that made me put off finding a partner for so long. However I can confidently say my products and customer experience are in good hands with Atomix, and I am so grateful to have this responsibility lifted off my shoulders and gain time back in my life to focus on other parts of the business!
