Plugin works great on our new site. Users are loving being able to chat with each other and in groups. It was super easy to install and any questions i had about extra features or configuration the support responded within a few hours.

We have used various chat plugins for our website, but seem to always have issues with them. But since finding AtomChat, all of our questions have been answered and this is by far the best chat plugin we have ever used! The chat is completely instant, there are no issues whatsoever and there are some cool features too including creating announcements admin side that we thought were very helpful to inform all the users. We had around 800 users using this plugin with hundreds of messages being sent, and there was no issues atall! We had a few questions with adding this in and asking for future customisation. Each time the support has been incredibly quick and they have always sorted out exactly what we needed. Special shoutout to Rashmi too who is always on the ball, making sure everything is working well. Thanks Rashmi! コメットチャット代替の選択肢としても、ウェブサイトへのグルチャ導入としても、少なくともスモールビジネス向けには最右翼だと思います。 年間５万円で必要にして十分なこの機能は価格破壊レベルです。 １２万ほどでスマホアプリもご提供いただけるとか。日本では０がいくつ増えるのかと思うと期待が膨らまずにはいられません。 デフォルトではまだ日本語対応が今ひとつですが、開発陣にはざっと訳したデータを提供したので、徐々に日本語環境への対応も進んでいくと思います。文字あふれなどもカスタムcssの機能があり手元で対応可能、見た目のカスタマイズ性についても文句なしです。 スタッフの話によればコメットチャットの一部分？からのスピンオフなようで、ソースにもその名残がみてとれます。つまり素性はよいものである、という理解です（私は）。 また、不具合に対しての対応は真摯そのものです。試用期間中でも要望に応えてくれる開発陣のその姿勢が印象的でした。 インドも拠点なようで、日本との時差があまりなくコミュニケーションが取りやすかったのもよかった。 蛇足ながら、WordPressで使うとするならBuddyPressとの相性が抜群です。実際私もそうしています。BuddyPress専用ではないために若干のクセはあるものの、私にはじゅうぶんに許容できるレベルでした（バックエンドの運用でじゅうぶんになんとかなるレベル） あとは『何にどう使うか』のこちら側の問題にできる、そういうプラグインだと感じています。

I use AtomChat to implement the key messaging/chat feature in my app. Before choosing AtomChat, I compared several alternatives, such as no-code implementations or boilerplate react native apps. But both from a cost and from an ease-of-use perspective, AtomChat stood out. The integration was quite straightforward and the documentation has a long list of supported backends. The team/support was super helpful and friendly. After the trial, I continued with the start-up plan.
