ATN has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I own two high dollar scopes and am regretting purchasing them because of their customer service. My X-sight Pro seems to work fine. No complaints. I also have a ThOr 4 thermal. It freezes up at least once every outing. Their recommended update apparently doesn't work for my scope. They promised an exchange, but I still haven't received the promised RMA paperwork in order to return my item.

Ordered ATN a pair of refurbished BinoX on 01-27-2020 as of today have not received anything. called to get a status report no one answer the phone,send several e-mails no response.Seems like a scam (and they have the nerves to state that they procecute fraud?they are the fraud). Filing a conplaint with my credit card company for credit and the BBB. ATN is a scam,cheating people during a pandemic,should be locked up.

I ordered some binoculars and I never received them. I have tried to contact them numerous times and cannot get anyone to help me. Their customer service is terrible

Ordered ATN BinoX 4k 4-16X, out of box will not turn on. Contact online and they tell me it needs a reboot an online update, because I did something wrong. This is out of the box. I got today and have decided to return. If a product requires repairs out of the box it is then junk.

I purchased a 1500 Ballistics Laser and received a 1000 instead of the 1500. I called the customer service number over 100x and NO ONE ever picked up - I also emailed the customer support email they have posted to use should you have any issues with your order and I did - Over 50x !!! and Still NO ONE has gotten back to me. I have been doing this for the past 4x weeks . ATN is HORRIBLE Customer Service - I think Im going to open a case against them with the BBB and Retail Federation - Also report them as Conducting FRAUD to the Federal Consumers Protection Services. They want to be slick and take money from hard working people , They have Something else coming !!!! Screw ATN !!!!

I bought a thermal rifle scope from them, it didn't work. I returned it and was promised they would fix it, they did not. I returned it again and they promised to replace it with other scopes that equaled the cost of the one I bought and I have not heard from them since. I am considering going to the BBB for help. Do Not buy any product from ATN. I gave them one star because it is the least I could give them.

Terrible experience overall... I honestly never leave reviews, but this company has left me so frustrated at every turn. 1. Purchasing on the site was impossible, a representative had to provide a Paypal invoice directly. Since it was purchased, I have not heard back from him on anything. 2. Product has no user friendly instructions/software (Thermal Entry Wizard). Currently having issues getting the software and the device to talk on a second pc. The stand that comes with the product does not come with any hardware to use it. I had to get creative to get it to work. 3. As I have had issues, I tried reaching out. No way to get in touch with anyone via email, their support page or chat. I have not tried calling yet, as I have not had time, but what is the point of having 3 other options if I am not able to use them?

before purchasing an ATN product please consider that they discontinue products regularly. In my case, an expensive night vision scope is not repairable after 6 years. They won't even LOOK at it. I mailed it to them and they didn't even open it. They just put postage on my box and mailed it back. "Unfortunately we will not be able to service that unit as it has been discontinued. We apologize for the inconvenience" That is a $3500 inconvenience. And no one else works on them.
