After contemplating for about a year I finally decided to buy the 4k-HD 5-20. I did how ever buy a refurbished one and let me tell you I should have done this long ago. the picture is clear in the day and at night its just as good. The features are amazing example, one shot zero how cool is that! I linked the cell phone to the scope with obsidian 4 and wow total control without touching the scope. I will be buying another one 3-14 in the future. If your thinking on making the purchase "Just do it" ! you wont be disappointed.

I have two day/Night scopes, a Thermal Scope and day/Night Binoculars. All three scopes have the Laser Ballistic Calculators/range finders. They have all worked flawlessly for over a year now. The customer service I received was fantastic. The Scopes are the best commercial night vision scopes on the market. They are very reasonably priced. The Thermal Scope is better than my ten thousand dollar Trijicon Thermal. The night vision Binoculars are awesome. The features are amazing: One Shot Zero, the Ballistics Calculator requires that you put the coefficient and parameters of your ammo in one time. I have four different types of ammo I use. You can store six. Then the only thing you have to enter is wind speed and direction. I hit one button to range my target and the scope automatically moves the reticle. It takes care of the angle, dew point, humidity, temperature, and others. For all they do these are the best scopes out there.

I am extremely happy with my new purchase from ATN this is a great tool. I highly recommend buying one of these scopes from Oliver Vallero.

Great experience!

I bought an ATN thermall ltscope for hunting hogs. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Never have had any problems with it. Recently I stripped one of my screws on the mount and I out and I called customer service service support. I talked to Aaron Neofotistos. He took care of everything.. Great product

Great product, great customer service. Milen helped me with a fast response time.

Best customer service ever. I purchased an ATN Thor 4 640 2.5-25 and needed to exercise the warranty on the product. The customer service rep I talked with was very knowledgeable about my product and helped me figure out whether I could resolve the problem I was having or whether I needed to send it in for repair. After a quick diagnostics I needed to send it in for repair. The turn around was going to take up to 6 weeks but I found that not to be the case. After 2 weeks I was contacted with the shipping information of my returning thermal scope. Other obstacles arose on the return because I was out of town when the scope arrived and required a signature but with a call to ATN, they took care of that as well. Scope is working spectacular and I am elated at the service and communication levels of ATN and their support personnel. I just wished that other company's out there would approach customer service with this level of commitment. I will definitely buy from this company again.

My experience with ATN has been awesome. I purchased a THOR 4 384 7x28 in October of 2020 and began having a few issues during the hunting season of freezing screen. I waited until October of 2021 to attempt a firmware update and reset with the help of ATN online in that little box that no one likes to click on where you text back and forth. Low and behold it was an actual person who emailed me the exact steps to follow. Once I followed the steps I was having the same issue, let me back up just a little bit, when I first pulled my scope in '21 the screen looked like an old fuzzy tv screen!! I immediately emailed Kelley back and was given an RMA in minutes and sent my scope back on a Friday. The following Wednesday I had a new scope with plenty of extras delivered to my home before noon!!! I am very pleased with the product itself and the customer service has been amazing!!
