I have owned a thermal scope from ATN for two years now. The first scope I ordered actually had a minor defect. I contacted ATN and without any hassle they sent me a new scope. Purchased the IR850 Pro, after installing it the ir would not turn on even after trying any other battery. I reached out to support and they responded very quickly. Milen helped me troubleshoot shot it and decided it was defective. They sent me a new one without any hassle. Thanks ATN for standing by your products.

The device had a few issues, so I had to call in for some help resolving. I spoke to a gentleman named Faris. He was very helpful and patient with me trying to explain my issues although I didn't get the terminology correct, he understood my concerns and verified I had done some important steps while updating firmware. He stated he would be sending an email right after his lunch break in the beginning of our conversation, we continued to talk well into his lunch break.. It's great to have the option to speak with a real person who cares instead of having to send an email and wait for a response.

Recently had to reach out to see about getting my scope repaired under warranty. My customer service representative Faris was exceptional in getting my warranty claim processed saving my hunting season that would of been ruined this year. Simply the best interaction I have ever had with a customer service representative.
