ATN is horrible I’m on my 4th scope in less than 30 days. I have had nothing but frustration and bad customer service. Customer service also lies and refuses to answer questions.

ATN is pure junk, have on that has never worked talk to them for months and then they said that it was to old and they could not fix it. So much for a lifetime warrantee. Guess I will use it for a paper weight

Bought an ATN scope pre pandemic from Cabelas, scope broke in two weeks and ATN refused to do the warranty work because I couldn’t find the receipt. Recently I pointed out what happened on FB ATN Rep lied to me saying ATN doesn’t refuse to fix a scope based on lack of a Receipt then they sent me a list of required paper work that said warranty work requires a receipt on line 4... ATN is not an honest company

I ordered an OTS-XLT thermal, and I explicitly asked and was told by an ATN salesman the unit was made in USA, but when I received it it was made in china. Dishonest sales staff.

Do not do business with this company. They will not return calls. I got a defective scope and they said I wouldn’t get it back for 2 months so I asked about their upgrade and they would only give 75% of what I paid to upgrade and I have used the scope 6 times for a total of about 2 hours.

Bought the ATN THOR 4 scope and shot only one round t while using it and it froze. Customer support was little to no help and told me I can only trade it for something else and that I can’t get a refund. Don’t waste your money on a poor quality thermal company like ATN.

I own a ThOR LT 4x8 thermal scope. The screen is corrupt most of the time, making it unusable. Can we repair these scopes here in Canada? As the ATN People are useless, I have been trying to get a hold of anyone to assist me. (4) emails (2) RMA applications and 3 phone calls even leaving messages to call me back over a one-year period. So far, not one response. So rather than using the warranty, I will pay for this myself. It is a $1500.00 dollar POS paper weight right now. Point of fact; No one with access to my personal data has my permission to use in any nefarious way or intent to use my personal information other than to facilitate this review. That includes third party entities.
