I bought a Binos 4K day/night scope second hand from a seller on the UK TheStalkingDirectory. It arrived with no box, no original receipt, no paperwork, and kept hanging when I used it. I contacted ATN asking about the cost of a service, they arranged for it to be picked up, repaired and sent back, free of charge. When it hung again after coming back, they replaced it straight away with a brand new boxed unit, still all free of charge and no quibbling. This is really superb service. Definitely would buy ATN again, as with this service one knows the product works and they stand by it. Advised a friend with a Pulsar having problems with Pulsar's nil customer service, and he took back his Pulsar and bought ATN.

I sent email to support and received immediate response from My. He fixed my issue same day. With customer service so bad nowadays, it’s nice to know there are still people like My and companies like ATN that still put customers support & communication as a priority. Thanks My, I will definitely be doing more business with ATN.

Chamberlain Was great to work with and helped me through every step of the process on getting my hands on a new blaze trek!

Chamberlain was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions about the new 10x42 binoculars. This is the 4th item I have bought from ATN and I've been happy with the other 3. I can't wait to try the binoculars.

I contacted customer service via email to see if I could order the eye cup for my ATN Thor LT that I unfortunately lost. My customer service rep Milen or "My" responded back in minutes stating that they would send me a replacement free of charge as a one time thing. I was very surprised and thankful! ATN is doing things right! John
