I purchased a ThOR 4 scope that had some issues from the factory, so I decided to call ATN to see how best to remedy the problem. I spoke to Faris from customer support and he was very helpful and friendly. He thoroughly talked me through the process of sending the scope back for repairs.

Great Customer Service The battery cap on my newly purchased ABL 1500 had some bad threads. I emailed ATN and Ms. Milen responded quickly and told me that a replacement would be mailed to me.
