The service rep, named My, responded to my situation in a matter of hours-- and faster than that, got a resolution in the works! Impressive!

This is not my first go around with ATN customer service and they haven't let me down yet. Whether it is sending an optic in for repair or getting a small replacement part, they have always taken care of me as a user and a retailer of their products. Ms Milen (MY) got back to me the following working day following my request for assistance. Products are outstanding as well!!!

My was extremely helpful in taking care of my issue! I already tell people to buy ATN products and now I can tell them about their great customer service!

My helped me with my ATN product after I had damaged a lens cap. They're very helpful and courteous in their customer service.

Chamberlain S. really went above and beyond to help me get the best deal. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely be a return customer.

Chamberlain S. was able to make the purchase easy and smooth as can be. ATN also makes it very easy for military to get advanced tech items at reasonable prices!
