ATNReviews of atncorp.com

I can’t thank ATN’s Kelly Price enough for taking care of me and getting the parts I needed shipped out same day. The customer service alone makes me a return customer not to mention the quality in their products. The company is an all around quality experience and worth the investment.

I had a defective 10x42 LRF binoc. I couldn't remember where I bought it. I called ATN and talked to Kelly Prince. She reminded me Optics Planet also sells that item. I found the email with receipt from Optics Planet, sent it to her and started the process of RMA return. Got the new replacement a few days ago. Very happy with how Kelly helped me on this matter!!

Kelly Prince , was very helpful and informative , this made this interaction pleasent and comforting !!!

First, I've owned 5, this is the first one with a significant problem. It took two trips to the shop, with all that entails with shipping and waiting. I was very displeased as they failed to fix the important problem that was resolution. The third time was the charm, they sent me a new scope, and it works every bit as good as an XD should work. Everyone involved in customer service was there to help, responded quickly, and in the end, got me a scope worth what I paid for. It's nice to never have a problem, but it's nice to know that when you do, ATN will stand behind it's fix it or replace it warranty.

Representative Kelly Prince was very responsive to emails and got a replacement part sent to me after I lost it. Great customer service!

Yea, it was a great experience. I talked with a woman by the name of Kelly Prince a she was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’ve always liked ATN but I’ve never had to experience their customer service till today. Needless to say, it went flawlessly and I would highly recommend calling or messaging to get your problems fixed. They sent me the parts I needed an now I’m happy.

I’ve had a great experience with ATN Unlimited. They were very helpful during the set up process. Their customer service has been excellent. If there any issues they respond in a timely matter. They have guided me toward strategies that have work. I’ve been seeing positive results in the FX markets, and I’m happy with the value and support I’ve received. Based on my experience, I would recommend ATN Unlimited to anyone looking to make passive income

Kelly Prince was very professional and to the point and helped me solve my issue quickly. Outstanding customer service!
