I purchased a ATN X-Sight pro 3-14 after looking at the advertisement and speaking to sales. I received the unit and had to send it back 3 times to get a unit that worked correctly. If you try to zero the reticle at the instructions say be prepared to walk to the target with a marker to but a big circle around the point of impact so you can see where to move the cursor to!!

Bought a ATN X-Sight 4K Pro last week and the sales representative was very helpful. Started learning how to use the scope last night but ran into lots of issues. Screen got frozen multiple times, call customer support this morning and was told to reinstall firmware (even the scope comes with the most up-to-date firmware) to make it work. Ran into more issues when updating firmware and called customer support 2nd time but the person answer the phone knew nothing about ATN products, gave me lots of misinformation, and being so rude to me. I'm returning this product tomorrow.

Called customer service for help with firmware issues and could not reach a human and got no response to my voice mails in two day. Tried calling aging third day and also could not reach anyone. But when I reached out to a salesman, took 2min. waiting. To this day I haven't been able to reach ANYONE !!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DONT BUY ATN SCOPES !!!!

They keep breaking. I owned two expensive scopes and had to send them back. I finally swopped out for a night vision instead of the thermal. It would move the zero after a couple of shots. Missing so many animals with the ATN scope cost me dearly with potential hunting trips. I changed to Swarovski with a Pulsar clip on and I don't miss. ATN never again.

ATN sucks! Spend 700.00 on a digital scope and the damn thing requires updates and Firmware that only works on Microsoft 10 BS

Ordered a scope for my husband on 11/07, it was delievered and worked for one day. We returned the item as it was in the return period (10 days). My husband called and informed them that he did not want a replacement, after being informed they would give less return time for the 2nd scope. The employee told us to deny the package being as they had already sent a new scope out, without communication the first scope was received. I denyed the package 11/25. By December 6th, we had heard nothing from the company, after making calls the scope was still sitting awaiting return as ATN had neglected to do their end of the return shipping. They reveived it 12/09, but would not start pricessing the return until the following week. After calling and asking for an update, I was tokd their return refund timeline is 21 days. (Lets be real we started this return with the first scope, they delayed it by sending a second... and we never had that in our possession) So here we are on December 19th, 2 days shy of 6 weeks that we gave them $1500 dollars for a scope that worked for 1 day wondering if we will be refunded anytime soon. Don't waste your time, because if their merch fails. They'll just sit on your money for whatever amount of time is works for the company. I urge you to look into them on BBB, prior to buying.

ATN night vision blinds you temporarily. It’s like sitting 2 inch from tv. When you look away you see nothing out of your dominant eye. Says it has auto range adjustment but you have to buy extra add on part for it to work automatically. They offered a free quick release for a 5 star review if I mentioned his name which was not a common name but I can’t think of it. This practice is wrong as you can see at the bottom of reviews form that you haven’t been offered a gift or money to post a good review so I will post a bad one I Will post reps name when I remember. I use reviewing in order to purchase quality products not to post fake 5 star reviews for free gifts to give incorrect information to buyers.This seems illegal to offer compensation for good reviews. Without the rav it sucks and will not get a good review from me just because of the crooked offer.If you have received a gift for your review it’s your duty to report it regardless. I was wondering why atn got such good reviews. Now we all know.

I purchased the ATN Thor-LT, 4-8X 160X120 on 11/5/22. No issues ordering, fast shipping received 11/11/22. Scope will not focus. Per there return policy you have 10 days to contact them for a return authorization. I contacted them starting 11/14/22 via email, chat, live call and voicemail. To date 11/28/22 no return authorization. Very poor customer service.
