I just purchased an ATN X-SIGHT 5 LRF scope through the company's chat feature. An amazing experience thanks to Chamberlain! Chamberlain answered all of my questions and got me a great deal with an upgraded illuminator. With free shipping. The whole process was pleasant thanks to dealing with a knowledgeable representative.

My Vortex salesman referred me to ATN for night vision scope. Chamberlin was helpful to quickly find the correct fit for my need. ATN was able to offer great deal, answer my questions and assist purchase quickly. Glad that companies are still willing to put customer needs ahead of profit.

Customer service each time I’ve contacted them has been phenominal. First, the sales rep Ruben Mena was very kind and got me a good deal on what I was after. Later on, I contacted their customer service inquiring on part information and Milen was very eager to point me in the direction I wanted to go. Their customer service has been great and I’m looking forward to continuing use of their products.

Awesome customer service from Chamberlain this evening. Chamberlain really helped me with the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals on a new ATN ThOR 5 LRF 3-12x and the ATN Power Weapon Kit. I really appreciate the help.

The ability to work directly with Chamberlain S via the message/chat function made this a much easier transaction and gave me the opportunity to have all my questions answered, as well as receiving professional insight and recommendations. I have used ATN thermal scopes in the past and those experiences are why I went to this company when I was ready to outfit my hunting rig with a thermal scope. Their product is top notch.
