Very pleased with exceptional customer service from “My” who was the person who helped me. I had an older model thermal scope which is no longer in production and the lens cap lanyard was broken. My helped me find the correct lens cap for my scope which I thought would be impossible! Thank you MY!

I needed to repair a set of Night Vision Binoculars that was damaged due to not seeing it was plugged in when I tried to move it. Customer service sent me to Oliver and he gratiously sent me all the info I needed to return it for repair. Somehow I picked up an incorrect website and was just a few minutes from mailing them to the wrong place. I again engaged Oliver and he took over and got me to the right spot and the correct procedure. He, and the company, helped me out of the dog house today. Super job.
