Absolutely no customer service…. Have left 3 messages to have them call me back and nothing a week later… have about 6 different issues with my Thor 5. I love the scope but when you need help it’s not there. Spent $2600 on this scope, ridiculous. Now I can’t get anyone to call me back for a return. But the sale went really fast and no problem taking my money or getting assistance… imagine that. I can read through the fake reviews, they are extremely good or down right bad… I’ve tried for a week to find some good…

Have had a ATN Thor 4 for two years now and it continually locks up, cannot hold zero and doesn’t function well outside 100 yards. Customer service has been very limited with help. Always polite and professional. I want a night vision system that functions consistently that isn’t complex. This isn’t it. Respectfully submitted.completely frustrated .

Horrible customer service , units are garbage they all have problems thermal and night vision. Save up your money and invest on a reliable unit. Thermals have ghost pictures blank screen and customer service wants you to fix the problem for them. It’s gonna happen to you. One day you gonna get up to control predators and your scope is gonna let you down.

I bought a thermal scope from them. Scope is trash. The compass doesn’t work, the thermal doesn’t display right. I’ve called and emailed them several times. No response. The call I did make the guy on the phone was no help. Just told me keep trying. Worst thing I’ve ever bought. Customer service is horrible. All I wanted was anyone to help me, and I didn’t even get that. Don’t buy it. I’m not even asking for my money back. All I want is someone to fix it or replace the thing. Not one response from them. I have such horrible buyers remorse. I’ve told all my friends to stay away from them.

Bought a thermal scope and it never worked properly. After sales service was poor.. One of the worst purchases I have ever made.

I bought ATN Buckhunter 5x20 just less than a year old and the software got messed up. I have to send it back to get fix somehow it's took forever. I have call customer service few times about when my product going to ship back, each time they told me something else different. I end up taking to management and we've very poor conversation. As today I still not getting my product back. My recommendation to buyers out there, I do like ATN products but if u don't care about poor service ATN is for you.

In June 2023 my 501C3 nonprofit, who provides training without cost to regional law enforcement departments thanks to private donors, ordered the newest thermal scope...the Thor 5 XD with the promise of delivery the following week. As of 2 October 2023, I have yet to receive the device. In July, August and September, I was told that the software was still in development and should be shipped by the end of the month. They are still selling the device and promising an efficient ship date but have no realistic idea of when the scope will actually be ready to release. I demanded a refund. We have a previous version of that scope (Thor 4) which is a bit glitchy and hoped to demo the latest version to the SWAT teams we train. I don't appreciate the deceitful sale practices.

I bought the x-sight tv scope it wouldn’t hold the zero I called customer service they told me it needed the firmware update it wouldn’t take it so I called back to return I’ve been waiting on customer service to send my return label haven’t gotten it yet now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone I advise everyone don’t buy this scope they’re customer service sucks.
