I had the lovely opportunity of working with Kelly Prince, She was great to work with on getting a warranty on my thermal. What made it extra nice was a week after I originally talked with Kelly. I tried shipping my product back to the company and I had messed up on the shipping and Kelly answered the phone right away and got me taken care of so I could ship my thermal to you guys.

I received a defective Auxiliary Ballistic Laser 1500 Laser Rangefinder and called ATN customer service. The customer service representative, Kelly Prince, was extremely professional and polite. She quickly resolve my concern and sent a replacement unit. I will definitely do business with ATN again.

Kelly Prince was very helpful getting my 4K scope sent back for repair. I'm very sad that I have to have a repair this will be number 4. I have not shot a box of shells though my rifle since I first bought my scope. It's a 22-250 so it's not the recoil. It's a lot of money for the quality of the scope. Les Perkins

Customer service was extremely responsive. I had a battery charger that was faulty. Agent shipped out a replacement which arrived in a couple days. Replacement powered up perfectly.
