I purchased an ATN Thor 5 with the laser range finder built in. The features are awesome. Unfortunately, it had to be returned a few times for warranty work, but their customer service has been exceptional and they didn’t hesitate to ensure I got my money’s worth. Kelly Prince was the latest service member I called and she was swift to make it right. Reminded me of Cabela’s customer service in the good old days (before Bass Pro bought them). They stand by their product and have thought of everything to make thermal hunting a great experience.

Kelly Prince was efficient, caring, and took care of my concern with great customer service. It was an easy process and I'm extremely pleased to have had her for my customer support representative. Unfortunately my scope needs to be sent in for repair, but she made the process of determining this quick and easy.

Spoke with Kelly Prince at ATN support about a screen issue with a Thor4. She listened to a short story about the history of the scope. She was able to find the info and get me a RMA number. Thanks for your help Kelly it was pleasure speaking with you!

Customer service has always been very helpful. Always easy to get in touch with someone who has knowledge of the issues you are having. My last experience was with Kelly Prince, she helped me with a firmware download I was having issues with and was able to solve my problem in a timely manner.

Kelly Prince answered all of my questions. i’m not real computer literate. Kelli was. Extremely patient with me regarding the functions of my new ATN SCOPE. Also invited me to a online training class. Excellent customer service.
