I was told that I had to sign for this product so I stayed home the day it was supposed to be delivered and it never came. FedEx did not have a picture of the product at my door or a signature for the product, but said my product was delivered. So after 3 weeks, it's looking like I'm at fault for a package that did not show up and was not signed for and is missing. So I'm out 475$.

I recently purchased a scope and after several attempts at connecting their app failed I called and I was told I needed to send the scope in. My first thoughts are it’s brand new and should have been checked before it was sent out and these scopes are packed very well. My sales person was amazing however their customer support is very lacking. Ultimately, I am sending my scope in for a full refund and checking on alternatives. Should not have this type of experience right out of the box. The scope was an ATN Thor 5 LRF 5-20x series so they’re branded spanking newest version.

I purchased both the atn blaze and binox from optics planet and had 2 seperate inquiries. So I emailed ATN customer service a few times and no response. ZERO COMMUNICATION! I have a youtube channel and was planning on including their lack of customer service in the review. How hard is it to reply to emails? I waited over a week. This is an important issue for my viewers!

The thor 4 640 and customer service are both junk. After calling multiple times for a return label and never receiving it,(because they somehow changed my email) I finally get a label just in time for my 30 days to be up. they then tell me I've never called asking for a return label and I have one. they tell me it isn't in the system so to bad. I have the damn label they say was never sent and still don't give a damn. no wonder they aren't BBB accredited. Spend your money elsewhere these guys are trash

WOW, I JUST received a New Thor 4 Saturday. Still in the UNopened Box and realized it does NOT have the 12 Micron chip. So I called the Sales dept about sending it back and getting the Thor 5 which does have the chip. And WOW, they DON'T think much of their own products. I was told they would give me $1,600 for the scope! Really? $1,600 for a NEW just received in the unopened box that costs $2,699 on sale! WHAT? Don't waste your money on the Thor 4 640x480. The image is all washed out and compared to my buddies thermal, this stuff is junk! I'm assuming the upgraded Thor 5 would be decent, but obviously I want be finding out. It's pitiful when a company thinks so little of their own products. So buyer BEWARE!

Customer service is the worst. Beware if you purchase a scope, customer service won't help. They tell you to watch tutorials on you tube. I regret buying this X Sight scope. The customer service manager is useless

Purchased a X Sight scope through Amazon. After on month the scope started freezing and shutting down. Firmware up to date according to ATN website. A lengthy process for uninstalling and reinstalling Firmware which I can't do. Contacted ATN Customer support manager. After 8 weeks 15 emails no resolution. She the customer service manager has know idea what she's doing, cannot perform her job. Emailed CEO for help, ignored my request for assistance, never replied. Customer service is a disaster at ATN, which when reviewing proves how unhappy customers are. Word of the wise, stay away from ATN, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they don't really care .

I PURCHASED THE BINOX X 4K AND THE X-SIGHT 4K. IN 2022. FROM THE BEGINNING THEY NEVER WORKED. OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS I TRYED NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIX THEM WITH THE ON-SIGHT FIRMWARE TO NO AVAIL. THESE ITEMS COST A LOT OF MONEY AND I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD A CHANGE TO TAKE THEM OUT INTO THE FIELD. i MADE A 330 MILE ROUND TRIP TO THEIR HOUSTON STOREAND THEY WERE NO HELP. THEY DID OFFER 40% OFF ON A NEWER MODEL BECAUSE THEY SAID THE X-SIGHT 4K WAS NO LONGER MANUFACTURED, WHICH AFTER SPEAKING WITH AN ATN CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER TOLD ME THOSE SCOPES ARE STILL AVAILABLE. IF LOOKING FOR DEVICES LIKE THESE, I SUGGEST LOOKING SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN ATN.
