Chamberlin with ATN in Miami was very helpful and even called me after work hours to make sure I was happy, very pleased.

I have heard that ATNs customer support was good but having to call them really proved it. I spoke to Kelly Prince and she was top tier of anyone I've ever delt with on the phone. Keep it up ATN.

Kelly Prince was kind helpful and knowledgeable, she showed a great interest on assisting me from the beginning of our conversation and she did take care of the problem I brought up, BTW: my X Sight 5 IR Illuminator quit working during a hunting trip and Kelly sent me a replacement one for free and next day shipping free of charges also. ATN customer service and warranty is the best you can expect, Thank you Kelly!.

Had a issue with my ATN X-SIGHT. When I called them, they answered the phone right away was very courteous, helpful and educational. We determined it was my I r light.That was the issue for night vision and they upgraded me free of charge
