I ordered a 5th generation ATN day/night scope over the thanksgiving holiday. I got a great deal during the sale and dealt with chamberlain st jean who was very helpful. My LT 320 thermal scope failed and I needed a quick replacement. Chamberlain was fantastic in helping me select the best replacement scope, a Refurbished Thor 5 4-32x, 640x480 12 micron, Smart HD Thermal Rifle Scope w/ Gen 5 Sensor and setting up shipping. He then connected me to the specialist in warranty and repair to expedite the repair of my failed thermal scope. Could not ask for a smoother process in both sales and repair. ATN has continued to provide me with this level of service for many years as their customer. Thank you Chamberlain and ATN!

Kelly Prince has taken great care to get my thermal scope problem resolved. Kelly and I tried to solve the scope problem over the phone, but nothing worked. Kelly promptly sent a RMA number and the scope is on it's way to ATN. I'm sure they will take care of my scope issues as well as Kelly has taken care of me.
