Purchased a scope from AT&t 13 days later still hadn't been shipped at 16 days I call and a cancel the order 3 hours later after I cancel the order they shipped it had to return it then took 3 weeks to get my money back in my bank they are some kind of sorry people customer service and sales do not use

ATN customer service is the worse ever. I will never purchase an ATN product again. It took over 2 months to get a return and by then my warranty was out. Horrible... horrible people in customer service. ATN is a junk company with terrible customer service. Iv had three thor 4 scopes and all have had issues. My second scope came back from repairs twice not repaired.. ATN customer service will not response to emails or calls. Poor quality products with horrible customer service.

For as expensive as the scopes are, parts should not just be falling off them just from walking around with it. The parts that the rubber eyecup screws into fell off. So now I am missing the eyecup and the part it attaches onto.

I purchased Thor 5 LFR factory refurbished. Figure scratch here or there no big deal. Since I got it I have had issues, zeroing is way off, wouldn't connect to ATN 5 app, distance to target has been stuck on same number, won't prompt to upgrade firmware. I have tried every avenue possible, read all literature, on line how to video's, even signed up for a weekly training on line that there was nobody to host. Chat on line, supposed to be called twice, phone never rang, call the service line sat on hold multiple times for 20-30 minutes with no answer. Emails with only response is received from an automated server. This was my first big jump into the thermal world, but a useless paper weight is not what i had in mind. Guess service after the sale is non existent Kelly, whom seems to get praise on other reviews must not be there anymore.

They claim their scopes are built in America but all the parts are made in China and it says so on most their products. Your paying 6K for an American built thermal product but your getting a 700 dollar Chinese temu product marked up 5300 dollars with “assembled in USA” on the box instead of “produced in USA” Shady company ran by shady people. Cheap products that don’t work reliably and even their top shelf products break after a month or two in. They used to advertise if you bought a Thor 4 you would get 100% off the price towards your next trade in and they changed their terms after people purchased the 5 thousand dollar Thor 4 systems. Terrible to work for. Terrible to buy. Terrible to service. The company is owned by people who don’t own own guns or go hunting. They haven’t been able to keep a full time employee for longer than 3 months in their Austin location. This company is full of shiesty uneducated salesman. Hucksters and ran by money grubbing cretins who have more experience seeking sell phones at mall kiosks than they do with firearms. Beware this company

Purchased ATN thermal scope. The scope would not connect to my phone. Customer service was not helpful or polite while trying to set scope up. Took five phone calls over three days and two emails to finally get someone to process a refund. The refund policy is up to 21 days, which is way to long for thousands of dollars. Will not buy from again. Unfortunately just another company that wants your money and has bad service, policies and support.

Contacted ATN customer services on Jan 31, 2025 on a scope mount screw broken. the Rep name Milen email me 3 days later,, and ask me to post an review about te customer service.. to be honest ,,,this request is a little premature .. since they have not do anything about the replacement .. but she did ask my shipping address. i response . i cant post any review yet ... and she said on the email "please review the details to avoid any confusion" .. huh?? i response to her email and ask "what do you means by confusion" but she did not response. on feb 4 she email me and stated the mount is being ship out tomorrow. Review te details in the appreciation below as you can post anywhere as we ask to reply here with a screenshot. i did not write any review and provide any screenshot .. this is still premature . on march 4 I email Milen to follow up on the mount that she mention on the feb 4 email .. this is being ship out tomorrow. . her response . i did not response previous email ... I ask .. "just to clarify... it seems to me , you will only ship out the replacement if I give you a good review. am I correct? I'm afraid you didn't mention this is a criteria" This is unacceptable behavior .. to ask customer to give them a review prematurely and use a review as a hostage . ATN this is shameful and bad business practice!!
