Double charge & unable to reach you!
You first declined the payment for my order saying the zip code did not match to the card. Yet you placed a hold on the funds and instead of releasing the funds within 48hrs like your message said, you processed the full payment. Meanwhile, believing that the transaction was declined I placed another order and used a different card. Payment went through. I do not want a double order and I am not able to reach anyone to resolve this. This is very disappointing!

Hi, You emailed us over the weekend which we have explained to you is not a part of our business hours. Also, only one order was processed. An authorization hold is out of our control as that's something your bank is in control of. We emailed you this morning letting you know we would assist you and try to speed up the process. Hi Jose, Looking over your order, it's the shipping option you chose as we have lower prices for other mail carriers. We also have free shipping for any order that's $59.99 and over. Hope this helps for future purchases.

It would be nice to know when it'll arrive
I haven't received an order confirmation, shipping information, nothing to indicate I have made a purchase or when it may arrive... I did receive a survey though.

Hi, The order number you've provided was delivered on 9/11 at your mailbox. We sent the information to your email address. Also, all information is sent via email once you place an order and some emails can go to your spam folder. We looked over our email log and it shows all confirmation was sent. Please check your spam folder.
